Where to find it or recover it
- Check your Bond record.
- Sign in to your NS&I account if registered.
- Request a replacement Bond record by phone or in writing.
- Use the Tracing Service if you are unsure what you hold.

Use NS&I’s official personal-details route. Do not submit names, addresses or account identifiers to this site.
Which number should I use with the Prize Checker?
Use a Holder’s Number on the NS&I website. An NS&I Number can be used for prize checking only in the App. Use Bond Numbers with official lists or the local checker.
